Hygiene and safety

Our Hotels make all necessary efforts to protect the health of all our clients, in addition to the Hotels' staff.
Our priority is the well-being of the clients, as well as your health and that of your family, and to minimize the risk of spreading the virus.
Therefore, we request and appreciate your efforts to help us maintain our hotels in a very clean and healthy environment

COMMON ZONES DISINFECTION
It focuses on minimizing micro-organisms on the surface of common areas and rooms.
● Will be performed initially in all our hotels before reopening and then weekly in common areas. We will have all the certificates of disinfection at the sight of our clients.
● Each disinfection will have the guarantee certificate of the disinfection company.
● A temperature control will be carried out every time you enter the hotel, in addition to disinfecting your hands with hydroalcoholic gel and using a mask.
● The clients will have hydroalcoholic gel strategically located in the hotel’s public areas.
● Mandatory use of masks in all hotel’s common areas.
● We are subject to public health regulations issued. During this time, guidelines have been established that limit the number of people in an area.
● Mandatory to reserve the spaces of Gym or Swimming pool for its use, due to the regulation of distance.
● In order to maintain the safety distance and hygienic measures, we have closed the Breakfast Room, but we have designed an à la carte breakfast to be served in the rooms.

ROOMS
● All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after the client's departure. During the stay, we will NOT enter the room if it is not requested by the client himself, and only a deep cleaning will be done when the client leaves.
● In the room you will also find a COVID-19 amenity set containing hydrological gel, mask and gloves
● Our laundry ensures and certifies the treatment of clothes at more than 60ºC and with disinfectant products. We will have the corresponding certificates for clients who want this information.
● We do not carry out the cleaning of the room while the client is inside it.
● We reduce the number of rooms per waitress for a better execution of the cleaning and disinfection of your room
● All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after the client's departure. During the stay, we will NOT enter the room if it is not requested by the client himself, and only a deep cleaning will be done when the client leaves.

OUR STAFF
● A Risk Committee has been set up to ensure health and safety in all establishments
● Training in COVID-19 of the human teams so that they can carry out their activity while guaranteeing their own safety and that of the customers.
● All staff must wear the PPE equipment that the company will make available.
● The health of the workers will be controlled daily according to the established protocol.

MESURES AT THE RECEPTION DESK
● Online check-in will be carried out by the client before arrival in order to reduce waiting times and unnecessary manipulations.
● We have signalled the safety distance.
● We have disinfectant gel on each desk.
● We disinfect all delivery material to the client (room cards, etc.) continuously.
● We have reinforced the cleaning and disinfection of the counters.

TECHNICAL SERVICES MESURES
● All the staff have the necessary individual protection and safety equipment.
● We carry out repairs in the rooms without the client in the room.
● We disinfect all areas in which there has been intervention.
● In the common areas we have defined a work perimeter that prevents customer access.
● We constantly renew the air in the common areas, at a temperature of 23º-26º, and we clean the filters more frequently.
